Terms And Conditions


1. SUPPLIER means Arrange Affordable Party Hire the sole owner of the equipment.

HIRER means the person or persons to whom the Quote/ Invoice is addressed.

These terms for Hire is an agreement for the Supplier to the Hirer.


Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date. Acceptance of the quotation is subject to a 10% deposit. Upon payment the Hirer will have been deemed to have accepted the TERMS and CONDITIONS of hire.

Quotations are based on a 1-day hire. If the equipment is required for more than one use date this will need to be specified at the time of the booking. Otherwise the equipment is to be made available to the Supplier for collection the following day or the next business day in which the Supplier chooses.



2. PAYMENTS

The Hirer is reliable for all payments. Deposit of 10% the balance will be due 14 days prior to the event.

A 20% non refundable deposit on all Marquee hire to secure the booking. Balance payable 4 weeks prior. (Please refer to 6. Marquee Hire)

Payments are to be made via EFT.

In person on the delivery day if arranged prior paying by COD must be the exact change. If not we reserve the right not to deliver the equipment.



3. BOND

The Supplier may request a bond to cover any damages, theft, cancellations and cleaning.



4. CANCELLATIONS

The Hirer has the right to cancel any items these items must clearly be identified by SMS or email to the Supplier. A cancellation fee maybe payable will depend on the notice period. Cancellation fee will be 100% if cancellation is prior to 3 weeks before the event for Marquees. Items removed 48 hours prior to the event these items will incur a non refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the item.



5. DELIVERIES

Delivery sites to be cleared and at ground level. Extra charges for stairs, steep descent and upper levels.

Hirer is responsible for having someone to be available on delivery and pick up times. Deliveries outside standard delivery times 8am to 4pm 7 days excluding Public Holidays may incur an additional fee unless organised prior.

The Supplier does not set up equipment apart from Slushie machines, Popcorn machines, Fairy floss machine. Marquees.

The Hirer must inspect and check all equipment and notify the Supplier if anything is missing or damaged. Failure to do so will see the Hirer responsible for any damages or missing equipment. The goods remain the property of the Supplier the Hirer accepts full responsibility for the safe keeping of goods delivered from loss, theft, breakages, damaged including weather damage to the goods caused. The Hirer agrees to pay the current replacement value cost.



6. MARQUEE HIRE

A NON refundable 20% deposit required to secure the booking. A cancellation fee of 100% if the marquee is cancelled within a 3 week period out from the event. May transfer to another date if given notice prior to 3 weeks.

We reserve the right to reschedule a booking if there is a safety risk setting up and delivery of our marquees due to strong winds, extreme thunderstorms, torrential rain and hail.

NO responsibility for damage to underground utilities this is to be advised on delivery. No Heaters or Gas fires with in the Marquee. NO Smoking policy inside or within a 2 metre perimeter.

Peg holes for marquees if required require additional room for install on the grass surface allow enough room for ropes.



6. INDEMNITY

No Liability against proceedings, claims, damage costs and in respect of any injuries to persons being the Hirer or another. Damage of property or otherwise arising out of using the goods during the Hire period.
